Allow to ripen & spot
Slice into chunks and freeze
Throw frozen banana chunks into blender & whip
Add a little bit of unsweetened cocoa or melted unsweetened baker’s chocolate, walnuts to your liking, and unsweetened coconut shreds.
And you have just created the closest thing to ice cream that a person with multiple food restrictions can consume, not to mention a MOST tasty and relatively healthy dessert (or meal… whatevs)!
Also, made my first meal in this cheap little toaster oven. 10 minute broiled tilapia fillets (with lemon juice, paprika & black pepper), why nom!
